This session will provide attendees with insights into how to tell the story of their library more effectively to their communities (especially elected officials). This session will give specific formats and tools to successfully tell your library’s story every time. This session will also provide a space for a library to bring their annual report, “brag sheet”, and/or any other communication to be “workshopped” to build a stronger connection to their unique audience(s).

  • Identify who your audience is and what they want
