About this event
- 3 hours 30 minutes
As part of promoting a healthy environment, Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA) will put in a StoryWalk™ with Kite Day as its first installation.
It will be a fun morning with opportunities to participate in hands-on children’s activities with KDLA and our partners, visit the different types of bookmobiles brought by local area public libraries, and take time to read on the lawn and enjoy the lunch you brought with you.
Each child will have a bag to take home, including a signed book from author, Will Hillenbrand.
We hope to be able to announce more special guests soon!
